Insecticide
Insecticide, any toxic substance that is used to kill insects. Such substances are used primarily to control pests that infest cultivated plants or to eliminate disease-carrying insects in specific areas.
herbicide
Herbicide, an agent, usually chemical, for killing or inhibiting the growth of unwanted plants, such as residential or agricultural weeds and invasive species. A great advantage of chemical herbicides over mechanical weed control is the ease of application, which often saves on the cost of labour. Most herbicides are considered nontoxic to animals and humans, but they can cause substantial mortality of nontarget plants and the insects that depend on them, especially when applied aerially.
FUNGICIDE

TECHNICAL GRADE AGROCHEMICALS
An insecticidal chemical synthesized by a manufacturer or laboratory prior to its further processing is known as technical grade compound. Technical grade insecticides often have high purity (e.g., greater than 95%). The essential component of a technical grade insecticide is the active ingredient (A.I.) that exerts toxic actions on an organism. However, technical grade insecticides are seldom used directly for pest control because their chemical and physical properties often are not suitable for commercial use. Therefore, technical grade insecticides should be brought into more appropriate forms (i.e., formulations) for their application, either as sprays, powders, granules, fumigants, baits, seed dressings, or other types of formulations.

We have separate plants for herbicides , insecticides and fungicides formulation and packing as per the Contamination Prevention guidelines.

Our in-house Quality Control Lab is fully equipped with latest testing instruments and methods for all types of formulation testing.
Bulk packing in 25 Kg and 50 Kg bags is also done.
All formulations are strictly tested with the latest available guidelines and testing methods by our in-house Quality Control Lab personnel.
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) , Ultraviolet Spectrography (UV) and Gas Chromatography (GC) are used to ensure top quality Raw materials and formulation testing and release.
Strict testing for all Packing materials like Tin, HDPE bottles, Coextruded bottles, Fluorinated HDPE bottles, Pet bottles, Labels, Mono cartons, Corrugated boxes, Laminated pouches is also done as per the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) guidelines and testing methods.
All Finished goods are re-tested and counter samples are stored separately in sample storage rooms.
